Set up by Frances Dredge, Purple Pear aims to provide each client with the most rewarding and effective communications, media and training solutions that meet their individual business needs.

We draw on a range of experienced professionals including consultants, coaches, trainers and designers to get the best and most cost-effective results for each of our customers.

We believe that effective communication is a crucial factor in improving individual and organisational performance – through better customer relationships and a more engaged and informed workforce.

We also believe that supporting individual and team development through training in essential business skills supports company growth on two levels:
